Here's what Epix IPTV collects, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of your data.

Epix IPTV ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This policy spells out what personal data we pick up when you use epixiptv.cam and our streaming service, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. It's written in plain English on purpose — legal documents shouldn't need a translator.

Epix IPTV is a subscription IPTV service. If you've got a privacy question, the fastest way to reach us is our contact page or a quick message on WhatsApp. We don't bite.

  • Email address — we need this to set up your account and send your login details.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto processors). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Name — only if you choose to share it when you reach out to support.
  • Support messages — anything you write to us via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address — used briefly for fraud checks and region-based pricing. We don't keep a long-term log of it.
  • Browser and device type — picked up by cookies so the site loads correctly on what you're using.
  • Pages you visit and time spent — through analytics cookies (more in our Cookies Policy).

3. Why We Use Your Data

  • To create and run your Epix IPTV subscription.
  • To send your login credentials and important service updates.
  • To process payments safely.
  • To answer your support questions.
  • To keep the site working well and catch fraud or abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal data. Full stop. We also don't run automated profiling that makes legally binding decisions about you.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data, plus the right to know how it's being used. Reach out via our contact page to make any LGPD request.

8. Who We Share Data With

We only share your data with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — so your transaction goes through safely.
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, and only if you've accepted analytics cookies.
  • Law enforcement — when we're legally required to comply.

9. How Long We Keep Data

We hold on to your email address while your subscription's active and for 90 days after, unless you ask us to wipe it sooner. Payment records stick around longer because tax law tells us to keep them — usually 7 years.

11. Security

Everything in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Only trained staff can touch subscriber data, and we review our practices regularly. No system's perfect, but we treat security as ongoing work, not a one-time job.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may tweak this policy from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. For anything significant, we'll email subscribers directly so nobody's caught off guard.
