Terms of Service
The plain-English rules that cover your Epix IPTV subscription. Give it a quick read before you sign up.
This page sets out the terms ("Terms") between you and Epix IPTV for use of epixiptv.cam and the streaming subscription we sell through it. When you open an account, kick off a trial, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you'll stick to them. If any clause here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Signing up, starting a trial, or paying for a plan counts as acceptance — both of this page and of our Privacy Policy. The two documents work together. If we update either one, the changes apply from the date listed at the top. Continued use after that date means you're on board with the new version.
2. What We Provide
Epix IPTV is a paid subscription that delivers live channels and on-demand titles to your devices over an internet connection. Plans we currently sell include:
- Monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly billing cycles.
- Single-device, dual-device, and family multi-screen tiers.
- A one-time 24-hour test pass, available once per household.
What's in the channel lineup, which catch-up windows are open, and which add-ons we offer can shift over time. We don't promise a specific channel will stay available forever — broadcast rights move around.
3. Your Account
- You'll need a working email address to register. Bogus emails get the account suspended.
- Keep your username and password to yourself. Anything done from your account is on you.
- One subscription, one household. Don't pass your login around to friends, coworkers, or strangers on a forum.
- You have to be 18 or older — or the legal adult age where you live — to buy a plan.
4. Fair Use
The service is for personal home viewing. You're welcome to:
- Watch on your own phones, tablets, smart TVs, and set-top boxes.
- Run the number of simultaneous streams that your plan allows under one roof.
5. Things You Can't Do
Don't:
- Resell, sublicense, or hand out your login to anyone outside your household.
- Point bots, scrapers, or automated clients at our service.
- Try to dodge regional restrictions or our anti-fraud checks.
- Capture, screen-record, or rebroadcast our streams to third parties.
- Use the subscription in a commercial setting (bar, hotel, gym, salon, café) without a written commercial agreement from us.
- Try to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
If you break any of these rules, we can shut your account down on the spot, and you won't get money back for the unused time.
6. Billing & Payments
- Prices on the site are in US dollars. Local taxes or processor fees can be added at checkout.
- Card, PayPal, and crypto payments are handled by independent processors. We never see or store your full card details.
- Plans renew on the same date each cycle until you cancel. We send a reminder before the next charge so there are no surprises.
- Watching the cancel date is your job. We can't reverse a renewal just because you forgot.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Message us through WhatsApp or drop a note from the contact page and we'll switch off auto-renewal. Your service keeps running until the current billing period wraps up — no early cut-off.
8. Refunds
Refund rules live on our Refund Policy page. The short version: a 24-hour money-back window applies to your very first paid plan only. Renewals and upgrades after that aren't refundable, so test the service during your trial or in your first 24 hours.
9. Uptime & Outages
We target 99.9% uptime and usually hit it. That said, we can't promise zero downtime, and we're not on the hook for breaks caused by:
- Your home internet, router, ISP throttling, or device problems.
- Planned maintenance windows (we try to keep these off-peak).
- Force majeure — outages at major data centers, undersea cable cuts, weather, government action.
- A content source dropping a feed or pulling rights without warning.
10. Intellectual Property
All channels, films, shows, and other content streamed through the service belong to the broadcasters and studios that license them. Epix IPTV doesn't own that material — we deliver it. The Epix IPTV name, logo, site design, copy, and code are ours. Don't copy them onto a competing site.
11. Limits on Our Liability
As far as the law allows, Epix IPTV isn't responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses tied to the service — that includes lost wages, missed events, or hardware costs. If something does go wrong and we end up liable, the most we'll owe you is the amount you paid for the current billing cycle.
12. You Indemnify Us
If a third party comes after Epix IPTV because of how you used the service — for example, sharing your login or breaking the prohibited-use list — you agree to cover the legal costs and damages that result.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms run under international commercial law principles. We'd rather sort issues out by talking first — open a ticket and we'll try to fix it. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, it goes to binding arbitration instead of court, on an individual basis only (no class actions).
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise this page when laws, payment rules, or our service changes. The "Effective date" at the top tells you when the current version went live. If you keep using the service after we update it, you're agreeing to the new wording. Big changes — like price structure or refund policy — we'll flag by email when we can.
15. Getting in Touch
