Not happy? Here's how a refund works. Try us free, and if a paid plan isn't a fit, we'll sort it out fast.
We want you to actually enjoy what you're paying for. This Refund Policy tells you exactly where you stand before and after signing up to Epix IPTV — so there aren't any nasty surprises.
1. Try It Free First
Before you spend anything, you can grab a 24-hour free trial. No card. No commitment. You get full access to the channels and features that come with the plan you're testing. When the 24 hours run out, the trial just ends — there's no charge unless you decide to subscribe.

2. The 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
Bought a paid plan and changed your mind? You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. That's it — no hoops, no interrogation.
- Your request needs to land with us inside the 24-hour window from your original payment.
- This covers first-time purchases only. Renewals aren't refundable (more on that below).
- We send the money back to the same card or wallet you paid with.
- Bank-side processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your provider.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
Two quick options — pick whichever you prefer:
- WhatsApp: Message us on WhatsApp for the fastest reply.
- Contact form: Drop us a message on the contact page.
To speed things along, include the email you signed up with and a rough date of purchase. We reply to refund requests within 48 hours, and most get handled the same day.
4. Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions roll over automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Once a renewal charge has gone through, it's locked in and not eligible for a refund — so the trick is to cancel at least 24 hours before that date. If you can't find the option to cancel, just message us and we'll handle it for you.
5. When a Refund Won't Apply
There are a handful of cases where we can't issue a refund:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login details or trying to get around region restrictions.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. In that case, please come back and contact us directly instead — it's faster and won't lock up the funds.
6. Hit a Technical Snag? Tell Us First
If the stream is buffering, a channel's gone missing, or your app won't connect, please reach out before you ask for a refund. We're online around the clock and most issues clear up in a few minutes — usually a quick app or server tweak does it. Ping us on WhatsApp and we'll jump on it.
7. Updates to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy from time to time, and any change takes effect on the day it's posted here. If you're already subscribed, you keep whatever refund rights applied when you signed up — we won't move the goalposts after you've paid.
